Referrer (previously visited website)Requested website or fileIP address in anonymized form (only used to determine the location of access)Operating systemBrowser type and versionDevice typeDate and time of access

Other purposes

Personal data is also processed if you provide it to us voluntarily, for example as part of an inquiry, an order or an order. The legal basis in this respect is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b of GDPR. The data we process includes name, address details, contact details and bank details insofar as these are necessary for the purposes stated in this data protection declaration.

Insofar as we process your data for the purposes of receiving and processing your respective inquiry, request or order, as described above, you are contractually obliged to provide us with this data. Without this data, we are unable to carry out the corresponding processing.

If you have consented to the processing of personal data (see Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR), you can revoke your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.

Corporate customers: Our company regularly checks your creditworthiness when concluding contracts and, in certain cases where there is a legitimate interest, also for existing customers. To do this, we work with "creditreform" (Swiss customers: Intrum Justitia), from whom we receive the necessary data. For this purpose, we transmit your name and contact details to the provider.

Disclosure to third parties

As a general rule, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Exceptions to this only apply if this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you. This includes in particular the transfer to service providers commissioned by us (so-called contract processors) or other third parties whose activities are necessary for the execution of the contract (e.g. shipping companies). The data passed on may only be used by third parties for the purposes stated.

Planned data transfer to third countries

This also applies if external services are used. The effectiveness of our security measures is checked and the measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
